• any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from private dealings between Users.
2.4. The Website bears no responsibility for personal transactions between parties if a verified escrow/guarantor service approved by the Administration was not used.
3.1. The Website may offer seller verification features.
3.2. Verification represents a limited and technical review of submitted information only and does not constitute a guarantee of legitimacy, honesty, solvency, or legal compliance of any seller.
3.3. Reviews, ratings, and comments are published by Users and represent subjective opinions of their authors.
3.4. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or objectivity of reviews.
4.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that:
• content published on the Website may be descriptive, illustrative, or conditionally fictional in
nature;
• all content is generated by Users and is not subject to mandatory factual verification.
4.2. The Website is intended solely for informational and analytical purposes and must not be considered a basis for making transactional decisions.
